About the St. Kitts and Nevis High Commission, New Delhi (India)

The High Commission of St. Kitts and Nevis in New Delhi commenced operations in March 2025, marking the establishment of the Federation’s first resident diplomatic mission in the Republic of India. This milestone reflects the deepening of bilateral relations and the shared commitment to advancing cooperation at the bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels.

Gurdip Dev Bath

Gurdip ‘Dev’ Bath is an international representative serving as the Special Representative for Entrepreneurship and Development to the High Commission of St. Kitts and Nevis. His leadership and dedication to public service have strengthened the Federation’s global presence.

He has led humanitarian relief efforts, coordinated COVID-19 vaccine donations, and helped expand visa-free access for Kittitians and Nevisians. Mr. Bath has also played a key role in advancing the High Commission’s international, economic, and regional development goals.

His Excellency Gurdip Dev Bath

H.E. Gurdip Dev Bath assumed operations as the High Commissioner of St. Kitts and Nevis to the Republic of India in March 2025, marking a significant step in the Federation’s efforts to strengthen its diplomatic presence in South Asia. His appointment reflects the nation’s commitment to building enduring ties with India and advancing shared interests on the global stage.

H.E. Bath brings with him extensive experience in international relations, diplomacy, and strategic engagement. He has been a steadfast advocate for promoting economic cooperation, fostering cultural exchange, and representing the values and aspirations of St. Kitts and Nevis with distinction.

During the global COVID-19 pandemic, H.E. Bath played an instrumental role in facilitating the donation and delivery of vaccines to St. Kitts and Nevis, ensuring timely access to life-saving resources that protected the health and safety of citizens during a time of worldwide crisis.

On the international stage, he has represented St. Kitts and Nevis in high-level forums, including the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). His advocacy has focused on sustainable development, resilience, and building equitable global partnerships.

As High Commissioner to India, H.E. Gurdip Dev Bath is dedicated to advancing the Federation’s vision of stronger bilateral relations, deeper cooperation, and a more visible presence for St. Kitts and Nevis in international affairs.
